My favorite thing about winter are fires and if they're outdoors, well, they're even better. I love when winter comes and we get to go to our ranch on the weekend and my babyboy always has piles already made up of limbs ready for bonfires. I think I remember almost every bonfire we've had together, they're that memorable and special.
Keeping warm by the fire are precious moments that we never forget. Like ever. Family traditions are what we live for and this is one of them. I have to admit my baby is the one who always makes this happen for us. He gets everything ready and I take the pictures. We're a team! He gets everything ready and we, like spoiled brats, just show up and enjoy the day. I am so blessed to have him in my life always looking forward to the next family event. It's his thing also, so we have this much in common.
Do you have family traditions? Since we live in the city, we look forward to these moments out in the country. Winter does not last long around Texas so we enjoy it while we can. Although not every one cooperates or even wants to, (why Sophia is not in the pictures) but when the fire is blazing everyone can't help but gather around the camp fire. The warmth of the fire together with each other's company makes up one of the most wonderful memories ever.
HAPPY WINTER MEMORIES!
