Fishing Time! I stood back and watched them have their time together and saw how badly he wanted them to catch something. He lives for these memories just like I do and wished Camila would catch her first fish but at the end of it all, Sophia was the definite champion. Sophia caught two fish, Gary caught none and Camila, well, she said fishing was boring.
These moments come and go but the memories and photos are all that remain. At the end of it all, I can just stare back at that one second the photo was taken and just re live the moment. Some moments have no words or faces in them, just emotions of the way I felt when I took them.
This one photo for instance, all I can think of when I look at this is AWWW. And these are the moments I live for. The ones I will never forget in my life as I'm sure it will be for them too. To see my girls learning, enjoying the beautiful nature and spending quality time with their daddy is quite priceless to me.
What I learned from this Father's Day is that it doesn't matter what it is that you do as long as you're together. Dads want to teach and they want their kids ready to learn from them. No matter what it is, just to know their daddy tried and they had a great time learning, to me, I see success all over it. Feel completely blessed to have been able to give my girls and their daddy just a beautiful day together. :)
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY! :)
