I could not be happier! My mom made it to visit us this Thanksgiving and it was like a dream come true! Her visit came as a surprise when my sister Aime asked her to come with her and I was thrilled. Having my these two lovely ladies with me and my family during this holiday was such an amazing blessing! I love them so much. :)
The Cooking: I was so excited to also have my sister Aime come visit and help me cook and be my co-chef. I'm not gonna lie, we were awesome together being that all our dishes were home made and filled with ingredients. We started cooking around noon and didn't finish until we sat down to eat dinner with the desserts in the oven still. And yes, my turkey even caught on fire as we were taking it out of the over but it was alright because we can say this became the thrill of the day... well sort of. :)

To Be or Not To Be... Creative.
I'm just here hanging out with Sophie! :) She's coughing up a storm around me giving me all her stanky germs! haha I'm showing her my new Apps on my iPad... she says she's going to steal it from me! I don't think SO!... Ok, she didn't say that but I'm sure that's what she was thinking. :)
She wants to do it..... so at school we made paper snow flakes in art class!!!! their was a funky way to do it but thankfully my snowflake came out just fine, so sad because you need a specialy shaped tracer card to do it:( i really wish their was another way to do it because mine came out beautifly and i wish i could make another one:(.

Always making her Best Effort.
I can't begin to say what a proud mama I am of my babygirl for always trying her best in everything she does. She comes home with awesome grades, gets the best reviews from her teachers and now her latest form of achievement was her martial arts class training. She began taking Martial Arts last month and has already come home with a new belt and a trophy for Best Effort! Like all parents, we are so proud. But what I love the most about her is how she does her best because she loves to feel proud of herself and not for any other reason. We try to teach her feel pride on herself no matter what as long as she tries her best. I feel it's the best lesson in life we can give our children, to find self pride as the biggest reward in life.
