Family Summer Vacation – Part 2
The second half of my month long vacations was spent in my hubby’s hometown in Alabama where everyone lives and breathes country. It had been a while since I’ve seen my family there and it was good to see everyone. We were hoping for a horse show or two but weren’t lucky to be there at the right time. I got plenty of Southern country food and lots of seafood, though! Nothing wrong with that. =)
Sophia and Camila got a new saddle each that they can’t wait to use for their first time. It has been super hot lately so we can’t ride our horses yet, but we can’t wait for the beautiful Fall weather to have lots of fun. One our last day we celebrated grand daddy Larry’s birthday at the best seafood restaurant in Mobile Alabama where all the celebrities like to go. Great food with all the family was a wonderful way to end our trip. I’m not going to lie, I missed my Lone Star state and was thrilled to finally be back home… Home Sweet Texas! =)
Thanks to all my family for the best time ever! I miss everyone and can’t wait to see them again. =)
